Actually, both "when I shave my head", and at the moment, "never". I usually cycle through "bald, grow, grow, grow, bald" but right now I'm in the midst of an experiment to see how long my hair will get when I let it grow for a year. I'm nearing 6 months, and my beard is getting fierce. I'm starting to heavily resemble a Wookiee.
But my moustaches are long enough now that I can wax them into a mean handlebar. And that's just cool. Well, sort of. :)
