Okay. You really shouldn't even be writing CGI scripts if you can't even get a development environment set up to work with them. Seriously. How good can you possibly be? Do you even know how to install CPAN packages? People like you are a plague to the Internet. You're probably doing this work for like $10/hr, too, aren't you?
