++ if only because I also find it irritating to have notes downvoted without apparent reason.

Of course that means that this note wil be downvoted for some mysterious reason, but "say la vee"... (yes I know that's not how you spell it)

And somewhat on topic, I'd think that most of the maintenance would be automated, but since I've never run a real website (just piddly personal stuff) I could be completely off.
