'stumbit' is a feature. that's our story and we're sticking to it. but it isn't featured everywhere. i think this spot is most likely a typo, in that vroom probably added new code to the everything core for the user settings and forgot to scope 'submit' correctly. however, the input name is still correct. (go ahead, view source, i dare you)
