It looks like you have no experience compiling Perl. Yet, you want to a switch of which you need to have a pretty good idea what you are doing. People usually have compiled Perl many times before fiddling with those switches.

Anyway, start with reading the README and INSTALL files in the source distribution, and README.your_os, if present. Run Configure and answer the questions. Or run ./Configure -des -Dusemymalloc if you are satisfied with all other defaults. Note also that Perl is using usemymalloc by default.
