I can see from reading the comments in the average page's sources that a few things are in flux about the overall formatting, but I have a couple requests to make the output more CSS friendly.

• Can the PerlMonk <code> tags please use a classid? Currently they're translated to classless <TT> or <PRE> tags, but other things may also be using those tags.
• Can the automatic perldoc:// and other magic bracket tags please specify which kind they were in a classid too? (Class="ID", class="PERLDOC", class="NICK", class="NODE", class="CPAN", etc.) That way, a CSS can style perldoc:// links one way, and monk-nicknames another way. For some links I might like to style without any color/underlining changes at all.

I'd like to develop a Monk CSS that's more like CPAN docs style. I'd submit it with a name "CPANic" or something, but it needs more class support.
