I don't have a windows machine to test on, but have you tried using \r\n instead of just \n? I don't know what \x012 is, but methinks you should probably replace 
$Text .= "$_\x012";

[download]
with 
$Text .= "$_\r\n";

[download]
or 
$Text .= "$_\n";

[download]
and see what the results are.
