This may be stupid... I have RTMFed at least twice, and still cannot comprehend how to 'install' or 'build' Perl. Being a complete novice at all this, I downloaded nmake... but have no clue what to do with it. Could someone please let me know if I can just start writing programs? Or am I missing the point entirely?
