you can find examples using Parse::RecDescent around the monastery. there have been many questions asked about that module and it's use, you may find some of them helpful. remember, Super Search is your friend! also, you can look at the pod documentation for the module to get more information.

as you learn to use this site better, you'll get better answers. read the docs i linked to previously. they will give you ideas on how to ask questions better, how to format posts better, and how to track the responses better.
