The venue committee membership will be public, as will the archives of the venue discussion list. At least parts of the proposals, the dates and places, will be made public. I'm not sure if the entire proposals will--if nothing else there'll have to be some redaction, as there'll likely be venue contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses in them, and I'm not comfortable making that public on the web without the permission of the people involved.
