There was a recent thread regarding the invocation order of BEGIN/END blocks where I expressed a contrary opinion and was roundly set upon. I guess this is another where my opinions are best kept to my self.

I hope you don't feel "set upon" in this case! I'm glad you voiced your opinion. Otherwise, I might never have realized that those blocks optionally allowed the "sub" keyword. I won't be using it but I certainly don't have any personal investment in your decision to do so. I am actually quite curious about the chain of events that led you to that decision. :-)
