Try re-installing AdminMisc using these instructions:

At a command prompt,type:
      PPM
From within Perl Package Manager, type the following and hit enter:
      install http://www.roth.net/perl/packages/win32-adminmisc.ppd

To exit out of PPM, type exit and hit enter.
