Posting code that violates user agreements and other such is technically a violation of PM ethics.

I have to disagree. eweaverp is straightforward about directing potential users to the eBay user agreement. By default, the script runs in one-shot mode and it is up to the user to set the reload. Presuming it is for the use of the same user, this is no different than manually hitting reload.

More succinctly stated: This code (nor any code) is in violation of a user agreement. The code is not the user, but a tool of the user.

eweaverp has provided a useful tool and pointed potential users towards potential pitfalls.

Now as for the HTML::Parser comments...I must agree.
