I also can't delete my personal nodelets. I had 4 nodes by title and when you announced the change I added them by link id and then went to remove the entries by title. I was not able to remove anything. When I select the check boxes to delete them and click the 'submit' button, the page refreshes and they checkboxs are still checked, but nothing was deleted.

Also, I noticed that there was what looks to be a blank entry at the top of my personal nodelets on the user settings page. By blank I mean it does not have an entry for title/id but there is a checkbox on the right hand side. Also there is an empty textbox at the bottom of the list.
