Three possible solutions:

  1. Jeff Urlwin's ppm repository ftp://ftp.esoftmatic.com/outgoing/DBI
  2. Randy Kobe's ppm repository http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/
  3. Just use DBD::ODBC instead
