Pleading for advice ... Can anyone tell me how to execute a script via html form input and *not* wait for a response. I wish to call a script from an ‘admin’ type of page that will collect some data and write some files. Success will be measured by the resulting files vs. message(s) sent back to the client. The script(s) takes a long time to complete and from the client end it waits, and waits etc. and eventually times out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
