forgive me for being greedy...

but does anyone have some snippets from a user type class/subclasses used in web applications (messageboards/shopping carts/whatever)

i'm trying to design some good architecture for this, and have been scratching my head too much. i've been looking through a bunch of similar-to-what-i-want projects on sourceforge, trying to pull some ideas out of code, but have hit a wall.

any insight would be greatly appreciated.
