As I've said before, I find this kind of joke, about how much one has to drink in order to be attracted to fat women, to be puerile and offensive; sadly, I've already used up today's votes...
More specifically, while it's not clear what units the poster is thinking in, the use of the >> bit-shift operator suggests that he's only going to go through the loop once or twice, after which he'll be left with a beanpole. (And perhaps a citation for under-age drinking, as he sounds like he's about fifteen years old...)
I would hope the author would learn more about Perl, and about women, before again foisting his unwanted efforts upon others.
