Yes, posts here are moderated. Th eone you posted was on SNMP MIBs. It has been passed to the site editors because the PRE block is considered to be too wide resulting in horizontal scrolling - frowned upon in the monastery.

There are some suggestions on the preview page about the use of PRE, in particular - it is not suggested! But if you must, keep the width down.

The editors will consider it and if they can make it look okay it will be approved.
