My worst two offenders are teh => the, taht => that, in fact so bad that I have installed a programme that checks the keyboard input and automagically changes them (and many others) for me when 99.99% of the time I misspell them.

Side note: in case you use the best editor ever, just add these two lines to your ~/.vimrc: 

abbr teh the
abbr taht that
