Hello everyone

can someone please explain me the following to lines of code please, It would really help me out alot
$count{$_}++ for @Clec_id;
print "$_ => $count{$_}\n" for keys %count;

I know it's removing the duplicate values in an array, but I have no clue of what each lines means
can someone help me out on this
