Can't locate DBI/ODBC.pm

That doesn't sound right, it should be DBD/ODBC. Either you typoed in your script or you didn't cut and paste. The correct syntax is: 

  my $dbh = DBI->connect("dbi:ODBC:$dsn",$user,$pass,$attrs);
