For those who is interesting in Perl running on WinCE devices.
Binaries for Perl-5.8.2 for WinCE devices are ready for download and available at sourceforge site, the project's URL is http://perlce.sourceforge.net
Mostly users of that project should build perl by themselves using build instructions and small patch to be applied, (WinCE cross-compiler is available for free on MS site), and just using binaries is also welcomed.
Any feedback warmly appreciated.
As of my personal experience, that's very nice to have Perl in pocket (especially when it is equipped with GUI engine).
