Simply enter "secure password" in Super Search and you will have reading material for a LONG time.

For example

  • Password Encryption - This one has loads of info
  • Ecrypting passwords
  • storing passwords (OT??)
  • User Validation factors
  • Safely storing password

    • YMMV based on what you are trying to do.
