In response to down votes on some psuedo code where I had omitted steps that I would have to be obvious, I would like to make the following suggestion be at least discussed:

No Pseudo Code Allowed

Enforced by passing the contents of <code> blocks through 'perl -c -Mstrict'. Code that fails does not get posted.
