I need help for an assignment for school. I do not need free code or anything, I just need some advice on how to start. Thank You.

Directions:
For this assignment, we will emulate a Movie Database Search Engine. The program will prompt users to enter a movie title, then it will search a flat-file database and if a match is found, output a short review of the movie. Your program will require the following components:
A. HTML Form
Must include a single textfield for Movie Title input.
The ACTION of this form will call your search script.
B. Database Text File
• Create a text file that contains at least 5 movies and their reviews. • For each film, enter the name of the film on a single line, hit return and type the review (a few sentences without returns). Hit return at the end of the review, then enter the next film title.
C. Search Script – Your script should do the following:
• Get Form input. • Open the flat-file, read data into an array. • Loop through the array, checking for a movie title match. • Display review text, if found. • If no match, display “Not Found” message.
Documentation:
• Include your name, date, course #, assignment #, and brief description of the script.
