Hi monks,
I'm using the __DATA__ segment in order to insert text files ( lets say HELP ) into my code , then of course I don't need to read them from local files and directories.
package . . . ;
while(<DATA>){
print FILE ;
if($. % 1000 == 0){$text->insert('end'," . ")}
}
return 1;
__DATA__
I gave foo bars to the foo fighters , and of course Dave
well never mind ,
The code is interactive and the user might want to print the file again and again , the problem is that my code print the __DATA__ only once , after that I get empty file.
Did one of you faced it before.
Thx
michaelg
