Besides short-changing yourself on learning the coursework, and not withstanding the ethics of cheating, perhaps you should consider the fact that if someone here did your assignment for you, there's a good chance that (s)he is going to use Perlish tricks and idioms that your professor hasn't discussed, causing you to stand out as either a prodigy or a cheat, especially when you flunk the final.

If you get started on the project, and then ask for clarification on particular issues, or even seek wisdom on how to accomplish particular feats, at least (hopefully) you'll be able to understand the final result, so that if you do come across as a prodigy when you turn the assignment in, you'll be able to defend that title by acing the final exam as well.

But the question, as it stands, is not along the lines of Seeking for Perl Wisdom, but rather, desperately seeking for someone who has put in the effort to learn, to do it for you, your own progress in learning be damned.
