No, a Wiki is definitly not what I am going for, but thanks for the help.

While it will be web updatable, there will be parts of this project (the one that uses the TFTP server), that will have the ability to allow authors to write small browser based games, forum software, and various other features. It is not so much soly a web updatable website, but an architecture for a website.
