As a board member of the now-defunct PerlMongers Non-Profit corporation, who had formerly owned pm.org, my recollection was that all the assets, including the pm.org machine, were donated to the Perl Foundation.

If pm.org is not being maintained, please contact someone at the Perl Foundation for action.
