The source distribution of AS 5.6.1, build 635, indicates that the win32_select() code was contributed by Vincent R. Slyngstad (vrs@ibeam.intel.com). When I send email to this address, it bounces.

How do I contact the official maintainer(s) of this code? Is there an official maintainer? Is there a directory of maintainers of different parts of the system?
