i asked a colleague for an opinion about which module to use for a task ( in this case LWP vs. WWW::Mechanize ) and his reply was "I've never used either". and he's supposed to be a consultant 'helping us catch up'. ( needless to say that concerned me a bit re: his 'consultant' qualifications ).
