I'm trying to install Net::SCP::Expect, which uses IO::Tty, IO::Pty and Expect as prerequisites.
However when I try and install Tty via CPAN the install is failing with the following error messages (makefile works, but the nmake doesn't):

Tty.xs(94) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h': No such file or directory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2' Stop.
