Esteemed Monks,
I fell in love with DB_File and her DB_BTREE variant as soon as I discovered them, although I now fear things are getting out of hand.
In one program (constantly updated over the years) I now tie to 8 DB_Files - some for write, some for read.
Only one of these db's contains 15000+ records, the others around 200.
Anyone have any idea what the overhead is for tied db's and if there are any set limits?
Swapping to SQL is not an option.
