I am currently working as the webmaster of an organization at the college I attend, and at this moment they have me limited to HTML. I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me any good arguements of why they should give me CGI access, because none of my tactics have worked. Is there anyone here who has been successful in persuading their way into CGI access, who could give me some tips? It certainly would make things easier to update the site, especailly since there's always information changing and updates to be made. It would definately be easier to update one CGI script as opposed to several HTML pages. I really would appreciate any excuses anyone could arm me with :).
