I'll repeat others views that this sounds like 'using PMs disk space for private use', and I dont see the whyfor of it.

But still, you could easily simulate: Create your own page/site somewhere with notes on, or even local files, and add links to your personal nodelet for each monk you want to keep tracks of. That would be even more accessable than first having to go to their homenode, it would be reachable everywhere.
