I am an amateur web programmer looking to incorporate some banner management software into a medium size website that entirely uses Perl. Whilst I could probably do it myself, I would rather concentrate on the rest of the site.

Do any fellow monks know of anywhere that I may be able to obtain a free subroutine or otherwise easily embeddable piece of programming to this end?

(Failing that, I suppose a program front-ended with the 'J' word would do, if anyone knows where it could be obtained.)
