Developer.com features an article titled Thinking in Perl by Brad Lhotsky that argues that Perl should be taken seriously as a programming language.
While this probably comes as no surprise to the Monks here, they're also aware that many view Perl as something fit to write prototypes in, glue programs together or use for CGI programming. This article tries to offer a different view to the programming commuity at large.
