I need to write a WGL to LST converter in Perl (WGL is used for circuit simulation vectors). Unfortunately, no one around here seems to know what the itty bits in WGL mean. I found a sparse reference on the web, but it's mainly for ATPG users, and doesn't give enough detail.

I need either a WGL syntax reference, or a WGL to LST vector converter to study.
