I don't have any more info than what has already been posted. I realize that you are having a hard time fighting for Perl a work, but thanks for posting this question. I love posts like these, the information that are a result of these posts is fantastic! Well done Monks! I hope that you have enough info to present your case for Perl. Thanks for summarizing as well.
