DBD::SQLite seems really popular and several people have suggested I use it to handle simple database fuctions for a web based app I am building. (presently using the DBD::ANYDATA standalone library)

Is it possible to install DBD::SQLite without shell access onto a bog standard webserver? (as I am able to do with DBD::AnyData)

If so, how so?
