I could be wrong, but googling for some of the words in the script suggests that the code comes from WebTeacher's WebData, a shareware Perl product.

linex, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...

If so, I would assume that the authors of this package don't want you posting their source code in public. You could try their support forum or technical support.
