Your script (or the environment variable PERL5OPT perhaps) contains a line
use File:Glob 'globally'; that should be
use File::Glob ':globally';
#...............^
perhaps?
This is based upon the fact that I can reproduce the error using
P:\test>perl -MFile::Glob=globally -de1

"globally" is not exported by the File::Glob module
Can't continue after import errors at -e line 0
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted.
And avoid it using
P:\test>perl -MFile::Glob=:globally -de1
