I always test the code I post here, burnt fingers from c.l.p.m, in addition to not liking the embarassment if I do post crud.

I will usually also reformat peoples code into my style which would in your case painstakingly rearrange all the braces you moved down a line in the first place :-).

I have occasionally used or at least tried out code from various bits of the site, some of the help has been v useful and some random snippet helped a lot, but I have been known to downvote particularly messy code, NEVER because its not the same style as mine, but because its bad practice. I suspect that may raise a few heckles but it is sporadic, because i hate maintaining Bad Code
