My brother had a similar problem to what you're having - and no I don't know if he was on the porn sites or not. :) Our assumption was that one of his kids clicked on something by accident and caused something to be downloaded.

Long story short, he ended up using a combination of spyware removal tools. That should do the trick for you. And in the future, be careful what you click. ;)
