I'm sorry, but I had to vote this one down for 3 reasons:

• Its not a cool use for perl
• Its a repetitive-shameless-plug (see DBIx::Recordset article (please review) or Please review my article)
• I don't like DBIx::Recordset. I still think its one of those "not the good lazy" examples of programming

In the future, I would advise you to ask your friends to revise your work, instead of plugging up this site. I hate plugs. Plugs bad!
