"Network Library=DBMSSOCN;"

- "Network Library=DBMSSOCN" tells OLE DB to use TCP/IP rather than Named Pipes (Q238949).

Include the parameters "UID" and "PWD" when you use ODBC, and "User ID" and "Password" when you use the SQLOLEDB provider.
