I went to the Perl Monks User Search to see if I could find someone that I had previously sent a message. I can't quite remember the PM's UID, so tried to do a wildcard search, with no results. From the responses I got back, I suspect that you can't do a wildcard search here.

I guess the question that I am asking: Is there any provision for a wildcard search here and I missed it? Or conversly am I just a nutcase wanting too much of a good thing? Is there an easy alternative to the wildcard search that I am not privy to (or too dense to realize exists)?
