What I think would be interesting would be group wikis (or group scratchpads). These already exist for the assorted PerlMonks cabal, but could be a useful tool for groups of PerlMonks working together on side projects.

One kind of group work is definitely FAQs. Why not merge group wikis/scratchpads and FAQs, getting the best of the two worlds in each world?
