I'm want to build a website that will have both a discussion board and a file upload section. The traffic to this website will probably be fairly small and the size of the uploaded files should be about 10kb or less. What would the monks recommend for this?

I know there's some free code out there for discussion boards and some modules used for upload, but I'm wondering which would be best for the task.
